Problem Context
The engineering team at Stanza has built and managed 100+ services designed around end-to-end automation of physical operations across 50k+ beds and 24+ cities. With a lean team of 20, their engineers were spending unplanned hours in production operations, impacting their productivity due to multiple reasons:

The Vision
